Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
You will always receive the product that is shown in the picture but occasionally colours may be slightly different to what you see on screen. If a product becomes unavailable for any reason we will always advise you before sending an alternative.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive your invoice via email at the time of purchase. Please email us if you require a replacement.
How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We will always try to replace items that are out of stock. If we cannot obtain the item then we will remove the listing from our site.
Where can I ship my order?
We will ship to most countries. If the country you wish to ship to is not listed, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
